Imagine you are a spammer who wants to flood some internet forum with spam. Forum is protected by HIP (look it up). Solving the HIP manually every time is not going to let you spam nearly as much as you want. So you create a simple porn site and declare free access for all users - the only requirement is to pass HIP. And you hook up the HIP from the forum you are going to spam with your simple porn site, effectively making your horny users to solve HIP for you.
