non-profit открыть, желательно exempt. commingling must exist!

cюда подпадает наращивание капитала любыми законными средствами - pure unadulterated pleasure (да и сommon objective до кучи)

но чтобы получить exemption, надо быть very specific about kind of pleasure :)
