As I already speaking, I having no practical experience neither in machine intelligence, nor in control of robots. However there were a wide experience in a DBMS and in various systems of visualization. Low-level to a software for robots it were on C#. I in a command having people with a wide experience in C#. Therefore it were logical to use C# for development of the unit who will communicate with robots. Previous the developer as a DBMS are more unfortunate using Oracle the SQL server.
